Roxana is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, whose expertise ranges from advising clients in complex M&A transactions and commercial agreements, to assisting clients in everyday business needs. She is heading the Corporate and Employment practices within the firm.
Roxana graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and attended the courses of the Legal College of European Studies of Paris I – Pantheon Sorbonne University, obtaining a LL.B. in EU Law. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2009. Roxana is an authorized translator from the English language and she is also fluent in French.

- Providing assistance to the shareholder of an advertising company with respect to their exit from the company and non-compete matters and with respect to the set-up and development of new enterprise
- Providing assistance to the shareholders of a company acting in the field of ophthalmologic devices and medicines for the sale of part of their shares to a French investor
- Providing assistance to a Romanian fin-tech company for the development of their activities, including corporate assistance and drafting of agreements
- Providing assistance with respect to FIDIC contract and claims arising therefrom, to the beneficiary of works related to the construction of a power plant
- Drafting and negotiation of lease agreements for more than 15 (fifteen) regional headquarters of major distributor of agricultural equipment
- Assisting the employees of international airline company with respect to matters pertaining to the negotiation of the collective labour agreement at the level of the company and at national level of the branch
- Assisting Austrian agricultural products distributor with respect to employment matters, including standard labour agreements, collective labour agreement, internal regulations and specific matters with respect to the employees
- Assisting travel company with the implementation of employment procedures and internal regulations
- Providing assistance to operator of ethnic restaurant and wine distributor company in Bucharest with respect to day-to-day aspects, including corporate, commercial and real estate
