Georgiana is a corporate and commercial lawyer, advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on their day-to-day legal needs. She regularly assists corporate clients in drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on commercial agreements and regulatory matters, and identifying practical solutions to legal challenges arising in the course of their business activities. Her practice also encompasses coordinating enforcement proceedings, ensuring a practical and effective approach to the management of such procedures.
Georgiana graduated from the Faculty of Law, “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, in 2022 and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2023.
