Emma is a paralegal with experience in corporate and administrative matters, assisting with Trade Registry procedures and the day-to-day organisational and administrative needs of the firm. She is involved in corporate formalities and regulatory procedures and has experience liaising with public institutions and authorities, including local councils, city halls, prefectures, embassies and consular offices.
In addition to her paralegal responsibilities, Emma provides administrative and organisational support for the firm’s marketing and communication activities and assists with the implementation of marketing initiatives.
Emma graduated from the Faculty of Law in 2024 and also holds a degree in Biology from the University of Bucharest.
